Speakers Bureau

Being Alive speaker’s bureau is a group of men and woman who tell their personal story to anyone who invites them to do so. Schools, colleges, corporations, institutions.

The speakers have spoken to thousands of students and give Basic HIV-101 information and tell them; what is was like, what happened and what it is like now living with HIV. We are people from all walks of life and ethnic backgrounds. Some of our speakers have been speaking for over ten years.

If there is a service we do not provide, our staff can help you access it from one of our collaborative providers. If you're HIV positive and live in LA County download our Membership Intake Form using the link above and call our West Hollywood location (323.874.4322) to make an appointment to speak with someone on our staff. There is always someone on hand to answer any questions you may have, particularly if you've just found out you're HIV positive or are new to the LA area. We accept walk-ins at any time during business hours.
